Dr. Alex Rikhter, MD
Dr. Alex E. Rikhter is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Donetsk State Medical Institute in 1979. For over a decade, he practiced as a General Surgeon in Donetsk. In 1991, he moved to the USA and obtained residency at Wayne State University of Detroit. He then moved to Atlanta, and worked as an attendant physician for three years at Piedmont Clinic before ultimately opening his own practice in 2000. He also provides his services as the Medical Director at the Weinstein Hospice and, until recently, was managing the William Breman Nursing Home.
